An Application for Approval to Purchase must be completed and returned to the Neighborhood Homeowners Association.

After The Closing
Please bring your closing papers with you to the Accounting Office between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday (Tuesday through Friday May - September). At this visit we will assign your membership number, give you Photo ID Member Cards and issue your car registration decals. We will also review important rules, answer your questions and give you a "Welcome Packet" of information for you to take home and review to help acquaint you with the Club and its many activities. Congratulations! Now it's time to enjoy the many opportunities included with your membership at Pelican Sound Golf & River Club.

Once your registration is received, we will provide you with your membership number, login information for the website and gate access, and to start receiving our email communication -the Pelican Sound Wave.
