You may make a tee time request by using the Chelsea Tee Time System, on the web at http://golf.pelicansoundgrc.com, by phone at 239.498.9095 or on the touch screens outside the golf shop.

How does Chelsea award tee times?
Tee time placement is based on your play history over a ten-day period.

The fewer points you have, the more likely you will be awarded the tee time you request.

The system assigns one point for placement and one point the day of play.
One point is assigned for any guest playing with you.

For individual request, Chelsea bases the total number of points assigned to the individual golfer within the last ten days, not the household. i.e. husband & wife.

For groups of two or more golfers, the play history of all golfers is added together and divided by the number of players in the group. Tee times are assigned with the lowest average total being placed first.

When can I make requests for tee times?

Member requests can be made 10 days in advance, after 5:30 on the day of the request.

Lessee requests can be made 7 days in advance, after 5:30 on the day of the request.

Unaccompanied registered houseguests may make tee times 2 days in advance at the golf shop or may make a tee time at the golf shop the day of play.

When will my tee time be confirmed?
Tee times can be confirmed four days prior to the requested date of play through Chelsea.
If you use the Internet and have an email on file, a confirmation will be sent to your email address.
