Application for Approval Purchase

Purchase agreement and all required attachments must be submitted back to the association at least twenty days prior to the anticipated closing date. Incomplete or late documents may result in a closing delay. A copy of the new deed must be received by the adminstration office prior to issuance of new membership Id cards and resident gate passes. Use of the club amenities and association privileges will require full membership status. An application does not need to be submitted at the Club level.
